Complete flat transformation keeping in mind its further purpose - renting out. Starting from very unflattering layout (3 rooms which you enter one after another) we managed to created 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in suite) with lots of storage spaces (2 walk-in closets). Pleasing, comfortable space with lots of natural light. Flat had been rented out to first visitor after 24h from going on the market.

Transformation complčte d’un appartement en gardant en tęte son usage futur – le louer. De base un agencement peu flatteur (3 pièces en enfilade) nous avons réussi ŕ créer 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains (dont une dans une suite) avec beaucoup de rangement (2 dressings). Un espace agréable et confortable avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle.
